I have never weight trained before, will I be able to do the classes? 

Yes! All exercises can be regressed for someone at the very beginning of their fitness journey. The classes are structured in a way to ensure you start easy to get used to the movement patterns and progress through as the weeks and months go on. You can also book a block 1-1 Personal Training sessions prior to joining the group setting if you feel more comfortable doing so.


How many people are in the Small Group Classes? 

Each session caters for Four people. We like to keep classes small to ensure that we can keep a high level of coaching and make sure technique is on point!


What happens if I can never get a space in the class? 

When you purchase a monthly membership you get assigned a slot time to train and only a certain number of people are signed up to each timeslot.  We do this for two reasons.

A. Having a structure and routine is hugely important for consistency.

B. We don’t want people paying for membership and not being able to train, as that’s what's most important.

There’s also other memberships available for people who might not be able to commit to a set time. This would suit someone who does shift work for example .
